1. Can I contact someone to help with the menus?
You can contact our friendly team via phone or email.
2. How far in advance do I need to book?
Seasonal dates can book out as far as 6 – 8 weeks ahead. Where possible it is best to secure your event date by booking and paying a deposit.
3. What suburbs do you cater in?
We cater in the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide.
4. What is the minimum number you cater for?
Most menus cater for 40 guests and above, however please call if you have smaller numbers for a customised menu.
5. When do you need confirmation by?
We need confirmation 10 to 14 days prior to your event.
6. When is final payment required?
Full payment must be completed no later than 7 days prior to the event.
7. How can I modify my order?
You can make any changes by email or phone. Any changes made after the final invoice has been issued may incur a late change fee.
8. What if the number of guests change?
The confirmed number you notify at that time will be the minimum number of guests for which you will be billed. Increases in the number of guests must be notified 48 hours prior to the event.
9. What pricing do you have for children?
Children under 3 are free. Children between 4 – 12 years of age are half price of the full per head menu price.
10. Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
We cater for all dietary requirements. Please inform our staff upon confirmation of your order, so that your menu and invoice can be updated. Whilst all due care will be taken, please be aware that some foods may contain wheat, egg, shellfish, nuts etc. Please be advised that whilst all care will be taken no responsibility will be assumed.
11. What equipment do you have to hire?
We have ovens, bbq’s, urns, bain maries and tableware for hire.
12. Can I provide some of our own food?
You can provide your own food. The food must be pre cooked, or prepared and all serving dishes and utensils must be provided. No liability will be assumed for any food or equipment not provided by us.
